What clients ask first.
What are project controls, and why would I need them if I already have a project manager?
A project manager runs the project. Project controls measure it: schedule, cost and risk tracked against an agreed baseline, so progress becomes a number instead of an opinion. Owners usually need it when the monthly report stops matching the invoices.
What does a Project Health Check include?
Two to three weeks, at a fixed price agreed after a first call. We review the schedule, costs and contracts, and give you a realistic completion date, a forecast cost to complete, and a short written verdict with priorities.
Can you review a contractor’s claim for delay or extra cost?
Yes. We test the claim against the programme and the project records and tell you what is justified. See what forensic delay analysis involves.
Why use you instead of hiring a scheduler or cost controller directly?
