What data we collect
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided) and message. This is processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to our mailbox at [email protected]. We do not store form submissions in a separate database ourselves.
- Analytics cookies (with consent). If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic — pages visited, general location (country/city level) and device type, with IP addresses anonymised. No analytics data is collected before you give consent, and you can decline without any loss of site functionality.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, date/time) for security and operational purposes, as is standard for any website host.

- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps taken at your request).

How long we keep data
Contact form enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
